Redmi note 3 Changing emmc

Today i received a phone with water lock problem.
So i fully clean pcd and try to turn it on but phone nothing to show.
so i plug phone with pc now phone connect with edl mode so i try to flash the phone but software show some error with bad emmc
so i put a used phone emmc now phone turning on well
but with as i say i put a used phone emmc in this phone
phone ask for password so i format with pc now phone stuck on mi logo nothing else i again replace with a other pcb emmc but still same also flash with alot time with different version of firmwares
please guide me guys

install twrp and do format data

Phone stuck on logo so how can i unlock boot loader

have you try a new good emmc??

I don't have any emmc programmer so i can put a new or just flashing the phone
is it working
