CM2 Dongle Firmware update problem. please help

Hi..

I just want to use the CM2QLM V1.15 but i cant use it, it needs to update the Dongle firmware, then i try to update using latest version of updated Dongle Manager but it say's "No update...

How come sir that the backup didn't work?Backup process is smoothly running till finish, i think nothing wrong regards to file capacity because default firmware is only 4mb...

This phone is no signal problem, always searching, then i try to format, but before doing format, backup firmware is done..then proceed to format..after formatting phone is dead so i write the backup...

I already download the "RiffBox Setup 23.02.2013 v1" from tracker, and initialized completely by riff box...But still repair packs not found... I could not select any phone model for doing job...
