dude you can unlock it by SSU, don't play with your EFS, qcn and cert like I did. just install unlock and restart.. and remember don't press activate my device button in settings,,,

N900p & N900v

we can flash N900 cert in N900p and n900v, and actually you will get signal also if we change MEID. But no voice no data, that is the problem, that's why for this two device we need their own model...

Danjuma : I think currently n900p Lollipop don't have root option. And In lot's of note 3 N900p *#9090#(diag mode) is disabled, May be that is the reason.
