Not sure, but from what I have read on this forum, this message appears when you have been using GPRS and you have disconnected the V200 without closing the GPRS program.

Hi

Had the same problem 2 months ago. Try to flash it again, using the following tips:

- T20DXWC2 is correct flash file. T200 should be with fully charged battery, but without SIM card.
