why are there 2 different prices i bought one from the above link but now i see bottom one is 16 euro cheaper mr manole. and i didnt get my xtc its been over a week.

the problem is: we can not update by soft or manually and the reseller says that manole is the responsible didnt even use it for a time soft version is 000. any way to fix this problem?????
