You must flash with CORRECT flashfile (not C701x)...

You must flash with CORRECT flashfile (not C701x) cause then no network.
C701x flashes are for EUROPE (800/1900) and C701a are for AMERICA (850/1900).

Please, flash with correct flashfile, and...
