clear the area where bad cut carefully(which is under he test point cut)..then try to connect it with a 0.2 solder ball.......B.R.

you may try to check it first with software flashing using UFS or JAF. write a good pm files then unlock. if still not ok, you may reheat or replace PA. B.R.
