take just three step.button(remove card first
1,off the phone.>press on+voice rec button()

yes u can flash it
here is the link but becarefull for network lock but dont panic u can post here and i will help u

hard reset key for m1000 is
hold the power button and press the
> reset button at the same time

for Voq A10 windows based smartphone hard reset
there are two ways i not test , but try should work !!!

First, remove your battery for a few seconds then, re-install it.

Second, open the keypad and press and hold the Space key. While holding the space key, press and hold the power button.

Once the screen turns blue, you can release the buttons. It should say the factory settings are being restored or something like that.
phone should reset.......

Reset the Phone.
First step by Switching of the Power.
Second step, open the key pad, press space bar key as well power switch of the phone together hold them till it resets your entire applications.It will take minmum 3 mintues.

The only problem is that you will lose all the contacts details, you need to Sync once agin with your PC.
