1. set "repair unauthorized..." box checked
2. make "Prepare" operation
if it will be any problems with network level - try to use repair eeprom files from support area.

I have got a w220 that has got the same me not authorised message

Have flashed the 5 files but its the same but in german langauage

And I cant find a "repair unauthorized..." box , button on the new H module v1.32

Hello,

How to repair "Unauthorized phone":

1. Start Infinity-Box software
2. go to "Settings" page, select correct model
3. go to "Flash" page, load and write into phone "repair_eeprom" file
4. go to "Servce" page, press "Repair" button
5. press phone "Power" button and wait several seconds
