3650 4 x blink problem in V 4.13 solved - GSM-Forum

It seems Nokia implements 2K2 resistor in serial to each Simbian flash cable. There is required 2K2 in serial between BSI service battery contact and BSI wire leading out from the Matrix box as well as 6600 case. If you flash 4.13 version to your 3650 Nokia Simbian Phone, after POWER ON the phone button , you receive 4 x Blink and Phone goes off, well DO as follow, put there your battery and press 4 buttons and keep at the start up. PRESS: 3, *, GREEN button and power on button. The phone will format user area and will work. This will not work on the cable now - like read info function, but try with 2k2 resistor, you will see.

So if we mod our 3650 cable at the same place with a 2K2 resistor as the 6600 cable this problem is also solved with the 3650 phone?

yes, with 3650 is problem solved with 2k2 resistor

Downgrade ver. to 3.16 doesn't help too.
it sometimes, blinks without NOKIA logo
and finally repairing BLINK problem in 3650 with matrix, is impossible.....

i fixed a 3650 with this problem, suddenly with matrix, but after inserting simcard it said: SIMCARD REJECTED

please somebody shows a picture, howto make a new 3650 cable for matrix.
