I thought it was time to make a thread for this guy. Gunawan is excellent at customer service and his selection of products is very impressive too.

He answers PM and other forms of contact immediately, and ships very quickly. Highly recommended for all American customers especially since he is here, but customers all over the world too since he ships worldwide

He is the best in business. Great Customer Service, Best Prices all around, Fastest delivery (most are free). I just wish he had more products so I buy only from him.

Thanks for the kind words, tell us which products you want us to carry. We have been carefully adding new products into our website for various reasons. Some products just does not work, some distributors are hard to deal with so can you imagine if we as reseller are not able to contact them, what about end user like you?

Anyway, we want to hear from all of you so we can improve our service and product line up.

I would recommend for everyone especially Europe. I ordered from the UK and the item took 4 days (including the weekend) and then second thing I ordered only took 3 days to arrive.
I now look at his website first for anything I need before anywhere else. Oh I almost forgot, as most of his prices seem to include delivery he's also the cheapest source for me than even buying in the UK.

agree with this,excellent service,i think i got my things in 2 days and thats to sweden..(carryed out with dhl)so dont hesitate if you live in europe to order things from here..
