It's impossible to flash other phone backup directly using Infinity-Box. If you have good backup, send it to us, pls, and we will upload it into support area after our test. You can send good backup here: InfinityHelp at yahoo.com.hk Also, as about your phone. Try to make "Reset settings". Also, try to flash with other flash files (MAIN+FFS). In fact, many phone problem can be repaired with good FFS flashing. Also, pls, decribe the problem more exactly. What do you mean "no ring" ? Can you select different ringtones via menu ?
