Hello !

1. Check your PC for viruses. If you see this error (1207) then your PC can be virus-infected.
2. Download again required software package from our support-area and unpack all files from our archive to your PC.

If you will make 1. and 2. then you will never see this error message [1207] again.

Every 1 PC out of 4 is Infected with Virus

can it be some other program it detects as a virus. I am using a new PC, with firewall and spydetector...

only thing loaded is other software..Cruiser, Redbox, etc

Well I got the same error, extracted the exe file again and then its ok no error report.

Hello,

The main reason of "error 1207" is: our software files is damaged. It can be due to:
.virus
.HDD problem
.broken archive
.not all files from package installed
etc...

do i need to download the whole installer or just the NEC E101 program ?

I got something to the effect of Range Error when first trying to unlock..

subsequent downloads gives the critical error, virus detected.

Hello !

You need to download the whole installer (MAIN) only once.
After this you can just download updates.
Be sure that you have extracted all files in local folder, don't run software directly from archive.

It's impossible to run it w/o check.
This error means that our software files is damaged. It can be due to:
.virus
.HDD problem
.broken archive
.not all files from package installed etc.

Pls, send to us Log file from software that show you ERROR-1207.

Please, try to run other Infinity-Box software and inform us about results.

Hi !

I did not received any PM from you. Could you, pls, send it again.

Also, I think that it can be miracles. If you can start other Infinity soft w/o problems, then any other soft have to work too.
You need just unpack all files to separate folder and run software.
Also, don't use zip/zif folders.
