Infinity team i have X400 cant unlock i think eeprom demage how to repair or unlock phone

Hi,

Pls, give me info from Log file.
If you are sure that phone locked but software can't detect lock type, make "Unlock in any case" box checked and try to make unlock again.

the mesage of phone is 'invalid sim' even motorola test card

Power on phone with original SIM card. Press 52824** and you will see Lock-menu. What locks are closed ?

Is it problem with last phone from your log (last imei digits 0034) or with previous phones too ?

Hi Infinity Support,

I have x400 white screen and shuts-off after few seconds. It could be flashed completely with Firmware, Customisation and Laguage Pack. On unlocking process, imei=:ML as per reading below shown. Could it be possible now to rewrite eeprom data to repair imei and revived the unit?

Currently we have no methods to repair imei for X400.
