C117 Phone is Hacked.. - GSM-Forum

after unlock Mot C117 phone say Phone is Hacked how to solve this...any solution i used Moto01_v116 i m using Inifinity on COM1

Hi,

Pls, make this:
1. make full flash backup
2. send full flash backup to [email protected]
3. flash phone with any 1.x.x firmware from support area

interesting....

P.S: what about "Latency Timer" is the value set to 4 (check your Documentation folder )

but about your main problem i think you need special flex wait mr InfinitySupport he ''ll do his best for sure

I have same Proplem with C118
after unlock phone is OK, Flash with other Firmware ----> Phone is dead----> try with other firmware ---> Err: boot[04]
Fix by original cable include box of phone( SKN6233A, USB to COM)!!!!!!
---->Full flash with this cable -----> phone is OK.

1. Open phone and GENTLY cut track according to picture
NOTE !!! Track have to be restored after repair procedure,
so, cut track very gently and be sure that you can restore
track back after repair process.

2. Start "Repair Module" software
3. Load "Repair data" file
4. Press phone "Power" button and wait until process finished (about 1 min)
5. Now phone repaired, but can't power-on
6. Restore track back
7. To make phone completely repaired you need to flash phone (Main+Flex+LP) tested by me 1000% work

this is with 2.x.x

I think it can be cable problem or empty battery.

And "RepairModule" can helps with any firmware version. After writing firmware 1.x.x phone must be alive even after "phone is hacked" message.

yes phone is still alive and display "phone hacked msg" and i m using Serial Com cable so not need to set "Latency Timer"

not able to flash phone everytime it shows error

i did not seen any post before speciay for c117.
can u show me that tred which is usefull for c117?.
what i did its helpfull for other infinity users. u can see one person having this same problem on this same thred.this thred started by him only.
one more thing................. if the team write specialy for me then whts the problem?
i also purchased this box from infinity team only
