Seccond Sim Is Not Working For Double Sim Phone!! - GSM-Forum

I got many phones in Turkey with double sim all of them seccond sim is not working..
now I have one more in hand:

GENERAL MOBILE
BB CHIP: MT6226, E02
MODEL: DST11
MCU SW : MAUI.05C.W06.16

I think this is reasoned by the seccond IMEI, can anyone tell us how to look seccond IMEI in phone, *#06# just gives us the first IMEI.

could anybody more lived this problem. if yes could yuo pls share with us.
many of our clients can not use their phones for that reason.Please everbody collect thier experiences for that subject..
