How to repair MC922, 926, 939, 940, unlock , flashing, eeprom repair, etc...

Don't mail me any more. I am bussy, so here is what you need:
    1. Phone ID
    2. Flashes
    3. Sagemdr
    4. Sagemt logger
    5. Lord's free calculator
    6. Telech flasher
    7. Pony prog interface
    8. Pony prog soft
    9. Eeprom backups - bin files

You can unlock and repair moust of Sagems above using these things.

    Phone ID
You can get it using few solutions -
    1. With sagemt logger
    2. You can calculate it using Lord's calculator
    3. You can read it from Dallas chip using iButton soft and MBUS interface
All of these you can find if you search trough this forum. It's not so hard, and please do not beg me for it.

    Flashes
You can find it on many sites, but all files aren't tested by me, so it's best to go on my tripod space. This is adress:

    ftp://bu508df:[email protected]/sagem

Thre you'll find Telech Flasher as well.
You can use any ftp manager for download, if you have problem with your browsers.

    Sagemdr
Use version 14Cplus - you can download it from many sites, same as SAGEMT logger, Pony prog, and Lord's calculator.

Lords calculator can calculate right code for all MC9xx Sagems.
If you have phone with destroyed field 191, and protected field 251, you must downgroade it to lower version using flasher and flashes from my site. After that you can copy field 251 to field 191 and calculate code.

Protected fields you can find on this forum also, so, please use your brain before you ask. I am willing to help, but not to lazy peoples, so, you must proove you're not lazy.
    Regards !

How to get phone ID ?
First way is to read it using "sagemt logger" - just by reading log. If logger can't read it out, we can calculate ID from Imei and field 191, using Lord's free calculator.
Second way is to use iButton soft, and using MBUS interface to read it directly form Dallas chip.
When we have phone ID, we can repair almost all sagem phones. If eeprom fields aren't damaged too much, we can use sagemdr to corect cheksums, and unlock phone. If phone have flash with protected fields, we must flash it to lower version - with flash which don't have protected fields. Those flashes you can find on my tripod space, and link is above. If you have damaged eeprom, and you can't connect it to PC, you must write new bin using pony prog. I'll put some bins which i have on my site soon, but if you have working bins you can also upload it.
Corecting cheksums - How to ?
First, chek IMEI- if IMEI is wrong you can't repair phone without repairing IMEI. For this you can use "change imei" function in sagemdr. Read IMEI from back sticker and enter it. Remember, it is reversed - if your imei is 01 01 01, you must enter 10 10 10 ...
    1. Start sagemdr, choose com port and speed
    2. Press "9"
    3. When sagemdr asks for phone ID enter it manualy
    4. For field 191 choose "standard values"
    5. For field 251 choose "manualy enter unlock data" and enter "40"
    6. For all other fields use "standard values"
    7. When sagemdr asks "how many protected fields",
    for MC 922 and 926 enter 13,
    1.185,
    2.211,
    3.227,
    4.235,
    5.236,
    6.257,
    7.268,
    8.995,
    9.5250,
    10.5374,
    11.5375,
    12.16128
    13.16129

    For MC939 and 940 enter 11 -

    1. 185
    2. 227
    3. 268
    4. 995
    5. 5120
    6. 16128
    7. 16129
    8. 16140
    9. 16141
    10.16177
    11.16178
Allways choose "1" when sagemdr ask what to do.
After this, your phone should be unlocked and working.
    How to flash phone ?
First, you need full charged battery, and of course, corect flash file. But, before you do anything, you need read log from phone to get phone ID ! ! !
After that you can flash phone. I've flashed many Sagems MC922 and 926 using same flash file which contain Croatian - on some phones it work normaly, but on some phones cheksums was damaged,so, i was forced to repair it. For this you need phone ID, remember ! In some cases, you'll need to flash phone, just to be able to read field 251 - if field 191 is damaged, and calculator can't calculate ID and unlock code. So, you need to read log first, and after flashin read field 251, and replace data for field 191 in log. Now you can calcualte ID, and repair and unlock phone. I've tested this on MC922 and MC926.

If someone also have something usefull, please post it here.
