VERY BIG PROBLEM WITH Mx-Key - GSM-Forum

Hello, Every Respected forum MEMBER!!!!
please solve my this PROBLEM
I am sharing here my VERY BIG PROBLEM WITH Mx-Key!!!!!!!!

I BOUGHT A MX-KEY FROM MY RETAILER(IMTAYAJ MANDU Electro Sales Patna Bihar) .The Date of 08th Oct 09 Thursday.
When I used it with my laptop 10th Oct 09 Saturday.

This was not able to work Then I Want To Update This But I Got Message that connection Time Out!!!
here is that snap shot

I Got Surprised that why it was not able.??????????

Then I Used New Set-Up (mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev5.2)
of This Dongle. But I was not able to use this dongle . Then I got this type of message No Security Dongle detected!!!!!!

But When I again Install Previous Version (mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev5.0) It Opened but I am Not able To Use it as I mention Before my Previous statement with that snap shot.

So, If Some One Have Knowledge About It Please Solve This.

the main server is down and will be on work from monday so u might exp[erience these problems.

and also in the previous version snapshot it is clear that u have to update your licenses (have u updated your licenses before)

first check your mx-key then update licence

Can you post your MXKEY serial number and reseller name again?

I was not able to find it in your post.
