How to fix Emergency Calls Only n7100 4.3 with asansam box?

You can use this solution if you have a VALID IMEI number, but are still getting Emergency Calls Only.

Open asansam(dont forget full wipe before use)
select model same i9500
download this file and write on phone in download mode
reboot phone in custom recovery
copy file1 and file2 in sdcard and apply zip files in recovery mode
phone rebooted and working now
