Hi brother,

Glad to hear from you man.
The story goes like this on how i use the software:
I downloaded your software and follow the Video tutorial by you.
But i didn't use any box for it.I just use the software.
Then i failed and show the message as my previous post.

After reading your post,i have some question to ask.
1.Does your software require any box??
2.May i know how to set the tx,rd and gnd?

I used the pinout given around this forum and set it in the "Cable Define"
Is the step correct?
I'm just using USB Data cable provided in the box when i bought it.

its just a crack, no need device. need special usb to com cable.

search for your pinout, after found use it.

without box no need to cable define. just connect usb to com cable with phone connector pin which is tx, rx and gnd.

though you buy box no need this at all or any usb to com cable. all are you found with box (exe/soft. cable, device, all)

when you ınsert the cable to phone if phone asks for comport -massstorage-webcam select comport and then install cpu driver correctly then you can format ur phone with thatt cable.;)

Use proper Usb communication device to connect between pc to phone.
As your result hw failur the soft cant find your phone because it dosnt connect properly (tx rx)
And u didnt give details (What u r using for connicting phone to pc)
