I have HUAWEI P9 Lite (2017) PRA-LX1 which is hardware based on HUAWEI P8 Lite (2017).
So the problem is that HCU doesn't have HUAWEI P9 Lite (2017), but it has HUAWEI P8 Lite (2017). Am I able to use booloader unlock on my huawei p9 lite?

Hello, HCu can not unlock bootloader, it can only read bootloader unlock code from phone officially. You may try it and let us know how it went.

You can use new user account from dc-unlocker on hcu. If it runs 8 and above android version, then it may have new security patch and may not work, but there is no certainty.
