This is not fastboot detection. Must detect in fastboot to attempt frp erase/google account sign in removal. Also sorry, but this one not available for FRP service.

Vol+ and Power - something like "recovery" menu (reboot system, Wipe, Wipe cache)
Vol- and Power - nothing, just boot in normal mode

Power off phone, hold vol-, connect phone to pc.

Nothing....
But "Vol up and connect with PC" puts phone in "Huawei eRecovery" mode with these options:
1) Download latest version and recovery
2) Reboot
3) Shutdown

Vol down + Power+ connect to PC puts phone in fastboot mode, so
