Hi team. Do your HCU tool supports imei repair/change option for P20 EML-L29? Checked supported list on website, but did not find this model (but few months ago i saw this model on list)

No, P20 is not supported for IMEI repairs at the moment.

Correct, not all android 8 versions working.

First of 8.0.0
You need downgrade and later do repair.
