Hello! I HCU client don't see infinity dongle activation. HCU_287.

Dongle not activated for this software!

But DC Unlocker software see that I have activated HCU and DC PhoeniX. Tried to reinstall/change drivers for smart card / reader, but it's useless.

when you start with version xxxx287 will ask you to update to version xxxx290 automatic no need download link

not quite sure what you mean by it, if it's dongle id that you look for then connect it to pc, launch dc-unlocker client and in server tab press check log in to see it.

When you launch software a message box appears with update... please proceed with it instead of canceling.

Contact infinity then and activate it.

All Infinity products and DC Phoenix work good.
Please solve problem...

Driver installed correct. All SW work perfect exept HCU. I try HCU with Infinity BEST Dongle based on another smart card ( not E-gate) and HCU can see BEST dongle serial number.I think problem only with E-gate cards (my is 2005 year).

HCu works only with DC-unlocker, Vygis and Infinity dongles so there is nothing to fix then if your dongle does not fall under any of these brands.

1.BestBB5 card with Cm2 activation and support inserted
2. Started DC-client- not activated message- free Id Created > support >features> Hcu activation prepared (0 credits account)
3. go to reseller site, order dongle credits = reject! dongle not activated!

How to buy activation at decent price?
