today i try to use my HCU account its tell me that Software locked to other computer
whats problem i just use it with one computer and i didn"t share it with anyone
i use v 1.0.0.0213

how i can solve my problem

Need to wait for 48h for automatic reset before using account on another computer.

i used my account at same computer yesterday , how its locked to other computer today ????

We do not track where you used it, but if you shared your account it's possible someone else used it on another pc (we won't know that either), locks do not appear out of nowhere.
If your account linked to email can reset password from dc-unlocker client, server tab, if not then can not.

i just buy 2 years activation from a resealer and get username and password

can i locked this activation to my vigys box like dc-unlocker and dc phoniex ??

No, since HCU does not support dongles.
