high com port error


If the modem/phone get 4 digit com port number(ex 1000 or above) the client unable to detect it. It will recognise com100
Can you fix it or i should remove all unused com port?

Clear computer from installed devices for this. You face this problem on DC-unlocker client or another software of ours?
