When writing to IMEI SN, prompt:
repair this phone possible just as UMTS.

What I want to say is that it is normal before we upgrade the system.

MATE10/MATE10PRO encountered the same problem after upgrading 8.0.0.152 (C00), which is the same as P20 series. What seems to be what HUAWEI has restricted

Please do this:
1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software.
3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.
4. Detect your device. Try to read bootloader code, after error do rest of the steps
5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
6. Send that file to me, please.

Sorry, I didn't find the option to upload attachments. I uploaded the log files to GOOGLE, and I sent you a private letter.
