Huawei P20 Lite ANE-LX1 should be supported by HCU client, especially Firmware version 136, because this version is from April 2018.
HCU client should know the chipset of Huawei P20 Lite
Why does it not work ? What have I done wrong ?

New security not suported! For FRP use dcphoenix with TP, or YouTube or buy code by imei.

Which Youtube-tutorial do you mean for my case ?
So does it mean that the security patch (in my case from august 2018) can be removed after FRP ? How can it be removed then ? I thought that security patch would be removed after firmware-version-downgrade. But certainly it's not, so that firmware downgrade is one thing, but security patch remove is another task.
