Mate 10 ALP-L29 C636 Writing SIM Card Mode...Write SIM Card Mode fail!


Hello!

However my Mate 10 show: No service. After update with Phoenix, all is look good in HCU. IMEI-s and other, vendors, sn... But HCU show ewry time 1 error: Writing SIM Card Mode...Write SIM Card Mode fail! Can this is ok? Can this error posible ti do that NO SERVICE.

If you insert original sim card and same then might be. What's your username?

No i mean if you insert original not different. Please do this:
1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software.
3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.
4. Detect your device. Try to repair it, after error do rest of the steps
5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
6. Send that file to me, please.
