need help to repair huawei kii-l21 gr5 imei null.. - GSM-Forum

imei null.baseband doesnt show,wifi doesnt work, no sound, show no service without sim card, cant detect with dc client to unlockbootloader while i activate 'Manufacture' mode *#*#2846579#*#* , i tried to flash with more than firmware but same problem nothing change

phone open with green and red& Blue lcd then open normal with same problem no service,no imei ,no wifi ,nobaseband but the big problem that model number changed to kIW-AL10 and build number show KII-L21C185B310,I think i need oem info but cant found it or i need factory firmware for KII-L21 TO return model id and solve lcd color display need urgent help from supporter,thanks...

Please read Method 2 fully from repair guide, flashing factory firmware is not enough, need to flash full stock rom afterwards. However if after flashing phone with factory firmware alone it does not boot up - problem is on hardware level.

i have done all method i know it could be hardware problem but the problem now phone start up with lcd color red,green,blue and the model number changed to kiw-al10 and my model no kii-l21 i need help if you could upload kii-l21 factory firmware i think i could solve with factory or stock firmware by imei i gave you above thanks...

Factory firmware won't do anything. Phone must boot up after flashing any factory frimware from same phone model (version doesn't matter) as guide mentions. If it doesn't, then no way to repair it by software.

So have you flashed full stock rom after flashing factory firmware to complete method 2 repair then?

problem for color display solved with this factory firmware

KIW-AL10_C00B119_Factory_firmware_Android5.1.1_EMUI_3. 1_2.dgtks

after that i flash this firmware in upgrade mode

HUAWEI_GR5_Firmware_KII-L21_Android 6.0.1_EMUI 4.0_C185B310CUSTC185D004

now phone works with same problem imei null,no service,no baseband show,no sound but open normal without color display also model number changed to KIW-AL10 thanks...
