i have qestion about new downgrade files

if i want repair imei like bla-l21

after write downgrade file should i have sotck firmware 8.0 or 9.0??

You will have firmware that device will be supported for repair, regardless of it's version.

I like downgrade p10 vtr l09 . I probably... & now no on. With testpoint...& no on...What the solutions ,video? Sorry bad english.
