Hi,
I test hcu on 2 phones
huawei p10 lite
huawei P9
both not supported to active dual sim.
next door a friend phone shop has another tool, we try and done in ine click.
plz hcu coder work on this function plz.

if you face this problem again add screenshot of HCU software with device detection info visible (you can hide IMEI/sn etc.) Also add your username. This would help us to look into the problem further then.
