Use only Victoria-AL00A_HLVTRAL00M00A039_Board Software_inc_testpoint.dgtks to boot in fastboot mode only and in unlocked fastboot mode try to write VTR-L09 firmware with customization

same problem here
the board software give error incompleted so no fastboot mode

write oeminfo to go (Fastboot)

no board software no any firmware in any region ( nougat oreo pie) can relife this phone
woh have any help

write loader + ominfo then full stock rom.
