not 10 days .. there was 4 days holiday.. and james know. he was well infomed-

10 minutes whiles we are on his IMEI he asked when it will eb done as well - we receifved Cahrgeback notification 10 minutes after he asked-

so we need to stop- processing-any normal source will need stopped the process as soon as you received Chargeback notification for a previously done IMEI, no point doing the current IMEI

Nice to see some of it refunded, 1k+ but still $5,750 to get refunded by 31st of this month, so you ve got not few days to sort it out.

Now i can tell you that you showed a good faith just like they did, the charge back they did is normal if trust was lost. even tho they would have lost the dispute .

We are not saying nothing about the posted started and about charge back, they should have resolved with you before dispute and if not solved use forum or paypal.

what i wanted to see and others reading is that the refund will be given in good faith and the issue was out of anger of the way it s done.

glad to see all is getting solved and hope all will be solved by 31st, and the $5,750 is refunded.
