Mitek if you are so clean and healthy mental, why don't you reply to my mail for about 2 month and say clear that my dongle with SN..... is not in your possession right now, and better for me to check my reseller? Or if you want to supply a good support, why don't you call or mail yourself my reseller and elucidate this accuse to your business? That's because you don't care about your customers.

Now, my reseller GSMBROTHERS, will send tomorrow his own dongle to satisfy one of his client, me.

Now I have one more defect dongle, that is still in my possession. How to repair it? Where to send it? How much time will take to get it back?

Man if you have problem with broken dongles :

1. contact your resseler he must exchange your dongle.
2. flash file you send me is like you wrote only one with you have network in your phone. In new update we make new function write eprom. And if you have problem i mean this flas file is not with ypur language it's no problem you can write other flash file with your language with unchecked option write flash then you not erase eprom in your phone and you have language you want.
3. you have wrote that you send me about 2 1/2 month your broken dongles , i'm sorry but i dont recive them, maby you was send it to your resseler not fo me.
4. and last thing beware for who you talking cheater becouse we newer cheat nobody and we was sell thousend and more dongles and with nobady have problems let think about this and when you understend i wait for mail with sorry from you .

Better get a way and get refund from Sws-Sag and buy GSMINFO. You know verry well is not the place for advertise here.

1. I have one more broken dongle. I'll sent it to reseller.
2. About flash file. The flash file that I send to you is the only one with network. Is the original backup from phone. From 7000 pieces, about 300 pieces have network just with this original flash. With flashes from support page, I don't get network. I try all flashes from there. Noone work with this phones. Those phones are fullflashed long time ago when there wasn't eeprom option in sw. So, not language is problem, problem is no network. I think is necesary this original flash. I have it prepared but is for old sw and I can say that unfortunate all my dongles are upgraded for new sw. Or if you have other solution, I wait for you. Else, please upload it on support page.
3.Yes, it was send to reseller. But I thought you already got it after a couple of weeks.
4.When I say cheater, I don't mean you steal money, I mean you don't give support. Or at least someone from your company to respond to my mail. Not auto answer from an robot. If you want sorry, I give you sorry here, where a lot of people can read, not just on privat mail. But don't forget about my problem with no network.

With dongle is ok, tommorow I will receive one from my reseller and I will send him the other one broken.

As an conclusion, you make a good job, that's why I get 5 dongles, but sometimes we need more help and support.
