Who is the cheater Irinel or Julvir?? - GSM-Forum

hi, first of all i need your opinion in this problem and only this, not blabla..about "100% trustable or not"
so..I buy 2 months ago one redbox from Irinel and sell it to one of my customer, after 10 day box come back to me with sn:00000000. I'm a honest person ( i think ) and i give to my customer my own redbox with hope the reseller do the same thing to me ( or maybe have other box in stoc)..so i send bad box to reseller ( Irinel ) and wait for replacement..and wait ..and wait..10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40 days , 50 days......i'm tired!
Reseller say he send box to Julvir and told me to contact him..and now it's only Julvir problem to send directly to me ( even i don't buy from Julvir)..so i try to contact Julvir in many times(icq , posting here, mail, PM) ..no answer ..or answer: "I don't know nothing about this problem"
a lot of time and money wasting for one f.ucking box...
so i need your opinion : who cheat me? Irinel or Julvir?

your reseller took your money so you should be dealing with your reseller..

You know i talk with you about this,Juvir ask about my adress for 3 times, i send for 3 times adress to him, and i'm still waiting the packet.If sombody want to see what i talk with julvir is not problem i can put here all. I talk with him for many times, first say me : not stock, still waiting for stock, after this say give me adress, i send for 3 times,ringo have right now normal must make replacement. I send box with 3 weeks ago to him,of course if somebody want to see invoice is not problem i can make atachment here.Now i still waiting box from Julvir.

Julvir is away for 2 weeks when he get back all will be ok.. also nexst time try logging in @ support site and download the tools at utility maybe that can fix your box yourself

heh, problem solved in other way that I hope. Thanx to zfrank. Btw i think answer is : no one is cheater ..Irinel only little lazy..and Julvir little ( or little more ) unprofessional. He make me think that he doing for fun this bussines with redbox..wake up Julvir!!

yes mr julvir can do like this coz he ........................... can kill box with new softwares
if julvir have no stock it is his problem not ours why you make so f.ucki.g securty with ******i..ing atmega
why you cheated all customers
all custemrs running redbox's software as they see horror movie...........
they not know when their box died and
then this period start like this thread beging..............
why we beging .......... we pay for it and our right to ask for our money
and why mr julvir so proudy and so earless why he not undrstand all about his customers..................

only 3 reasons for your problem

1. Julvir was Holiday, and he announced this from what i remember
2. No stock for Redbox (and i am not sure but i thing they changed producer or factory for redbox)
3. Irinel was in china twice past month

Good that your problem was solved.

you are wrong man .... everybody deserves a holiday, they solve 1000 problems/day they sell 1000 stuff/day they anwser to 1000 clients/day they have to go from place to place... and also to be home to their wifes and kids! to get away for 1 week makes them to keep serving us!!!
