2803 phone locked - GSM-Forum

i have 2803 "phone locked contact service center" , this set is not acsept reset code and not go to ftm mode ! any one plz help to remove phone lock ! its urgent plz !

bro if phone locked contact service center then download this software http://depositfiles.com/files/atf7okc0s
select comport and press huawei cs repair
or 4 digitat lock code then goto here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...hlight=unicdma
select comport then select qualcomm read user code

read sticky thread and download universal utility it can do both job.
