After unlocked V975 operator locked now phone locked? - GSM-Forum

I have done the tp to unlocked the '3'operator locked for the v975,but I cant unlock the phones locked(1234)or cannot reset the security code to default(000000).

What have I miss out?

@ mccm,

To remove User code You can try to perform the following:

1. power on the phone with any SIM
2. when it asks for user code, press MENU button
3. then it will ask for security password, enter 000000 and press OK (000000 - default security password. It might not be accepted, in case it was modified by user)
4. now you should be able to perform a Master reset & Master clear from the menu.

If that will not help, than You should make Repair PDS using TP method and after that Full flash.

To reset security code You have to make Repair PDs and Full Flash the phone using TP method.

Thanks for your reply,the security code changed too.

So I have to do the PDS now.

But could not get the flash files for it,

can I backup the files from the phone,then flash back to it?

@ mccm,

After Repair PDS procedure You have to Full Flash the phone with *.smf file.

Thanks for advice,but where can get flash files,as boot loader no more free dl of files,or how to get access?
