hi guys.. cud sum1 help me or is there someway i cud repair cs nd 4locks in 32?

use eeprom tool 3.1 to reset phone eeprom & open 4 locks then recalculate faid

Reflow or replace COBBA first. Using software to remove 4 locks will be useless because result is no network. You got to fix the problem first. No shortcuts.
