sounds like you will need to reflash a virgin eeprom first before you can enter the imei and security code etc...

What happened to your phone ? did you flash/unlock the phone ? or did it just happen after the phone was dropped in water etc.

u flashed a virgin eeprom!
u need noktool 1.8 by rolis or 3.x by jordik!
then change the imei to oyur default imei and everything is fine!
