Member: 9531 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  Its Harware failure and not SW problem There are 2 types of Contact service 1. when you switch on phone says Insert sim card and then Conatct Service: repairable by SW but the other one says Contact service on switching on: 50% chance repairable by sw, it is hardware problem: water damaged or elctrical damage I don't think you will be able to repaire it as it is a problem on the board and sw update will not solve the problem. Zeus.  |

Member: 16483 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Yeah, Its definatly a Hardware Problem. I had the same problem with a 3310 of mine. Droped it, Electricals were damaged, and contact Service displayed on the LCD and wouldnt go away until the battery ran out. You need a new phone or new hardware |
