3390b please help! how to convert

i have this 3390b, i want it to convert to 3315 or 3310. im trying to flash it to 3315-10 it always results to no display... please help!!!!!!!

my teacher converted this unit. He changed uem to 3310 and then flashed it. He got uem from a unit that had different problem. then you will have problem with not charging, you have to remove diode next to charging ic i think i will verify and post again re: not charging. Good luck!!

the solution is that you first did the hardware part after that you flash with 3310 flashing file and rebuild the IMEI
please that is all i know about that have try my own is ok but the network is not ok

Here is little trick for 3390 to 3310
*z501,z500 top
1 2 3
4 5 6 ==>short 2 5
*remove v500 short all it terminals to c525
*short capacitors c242 and c227 near ccont
*remove r113 and short terminals of c113 and r117 near IC cobba
*jumper wire beetwen r450 and r402 near simcard connector
*Open tin shielding of vco G503(FDK) remove big capacitors then short it
after steps..flash with Nhm-5 firmware and run NokTool18 init simlock

thanks guys, but someone tells me that the solution i did is wrong, b'coz i did the hardware solution first and changed the firmware. someone tells me that you have to flash it first before converting it. wich is i did is wrong. anyway thank all guys for your concerned. at list we have a tip like me beginners. the first thing to do is flash it first to 3310-3315 then do the hardware part. like CHAPKIWI posted. anyway thank you CHAPKIWI for the diagram. nice work men...

you can flash 3315 to 3310, both have different firmware.
before convertion of softwares, you have to check , the software versions of both mobile phone model before any possible convertion.

hafe done the hardware part before software but the network is bad when i try to put the phone on the network will come alfter the network will go off pleae any onw help please

thanks for good job done ,but i have another problem after the hardware and the software i have network problem ,when i try t put the phone on the phone will bring network after like 2 sec the network will disapear,if try try to go to restore factory setting the network logo will come but the bar will not come please amy solution.

what i use is twister to flash it and have done all the convertion to 3310 from 3390 but i have just only network it only comes when i on the phone just only for 2 sec thanks ......................www.koollife.net.ms

just change the cobba ic.ur fone go to simcard not accepted if ur cobba is correct change.then unlock ur fone.

Yes, it can't use with GSM 900.

try convert with h/w.
