well mine didnt have any probs at all on inst.

the only 'miner' prob was that the address list and setting didnt work untill u run it from the inst. dir. <br />but if ya modify the shortcut in the start menu, all is fine <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Your modified verry well working !<br />but you must check again, I have a problem with your sw but not significant.

1. If I acces via start Menu - Program - Flash Box<br />and to Push Tools Button and Select Addresses menu<br />your program appear message " Run time error 75 "the specificied path/file name cannot be accessed or invalid !

2. in tools menu - and select Config menu - flashbox.cfg appear in display but Content is Blank !

and If I acces direct folder program file/flash box/ flashbox.exe, your program Working well for both menu Addresses and Config

Hey VSH-GSM...

First of all! About Win2000 or XP error in running your compiled prog, u ask someone for his LOG error, but on think, did u look at the code??? why??? I can see here the "connection".<br />In first look u can see that this code will not run in Win2000 because API's and some few things in Win2000 are different!

For the problems with DLL diles, why don't u make an VB installer with all DLL's???? I see that u use VB5, so it's more easy....

Hi to all,<br />for correct run I have tried this solution:

from start menu run msconfig and at section System.ini open the sub-section 386Enh. Disable the device=Haspjjdl.vxd and save. Reboot the PC and Flashbox is work 100%. If you must use NU2000, you must to enable the haspj deriver.<br />Work 100%. But the prog have a limitation. You cannot read full flash. Maybe is DEMO VERSION?????<br />Regards

I have a other problem, I can read flash from 6150 ( I only test it with first release ), but I can not write, I use the same hardware and same boot.bin und F_loader.bin, that I use with dejan, and here is write absolutly no problem.<br />I test only 6150 at this time. <br />Flash ID is 00B00048 Sharp LH28F160BVE 16Mb alias ID 00898890

To all:<br />I have written a new WinFlasher sw with Ice Dragons FlashBox.dll!<br />But it works not 100%.<br />In about 10 days the sw is finish.<br />The only problem is writing.<br />If I finish my work, I write into forum.

to all coders, ice_d's .dll still have lots of bugs like he said (that's why he's offering the new version) and i really think u have to modify a bit specially in flash_id and ALIAS id identification. my partner (azywerks) has this dll incorporated in his shell/box/flashmanager a months ago but never released the soft since it really needs some surgery and in that time ice_d been busy in another venture. anyway, since you guys have now the sourcecode for the dll --its way to go!!! and for the soft (azyflasher v1.00) if you guys still interested i'll send it to scwantz for download (still works in lots of phones with "common" flash and alias id) and pls. no begging and "send me pls."

what exactly is the FlashBox used for? Sorry for the duhhhh question, i am new to all this? <br />When people make these programs, it would be helpful if they also make a small step by step guide for the new people. Well, a small suggestion anyway?<br />Thanx everyone for the hardwork, what can we do without you.
