2-take battery
3-press F when you see startup logo for nokia
4-confirm formatting

Here is the Procedure

Just press Ctrl Shift And F Hold the 3 keys until it shows u Format Screen

Take out battery and put in (when see blink screen) and press Ctrl + Shift + F it show formatting and waiting is OK.

Hey friends

9210 cannot be formated because of nothing to format except the mmc !

That procedure matches for 9210i that has memory disk inside
