nokia 2100 contact service --still problem after flash--- - GSM-Forum

i got 210o cont.service. i flashed with repair flash and change it imei back, faid, sp lock, reset factory. phone starts ok enter menu ok but after shut down or when try to call freeze .....remove batery ,put back - and power on but only light . refla**** ...still the same.

Try to write a virgin eeprom.

after flash u have to use rolis soft to repaire imei set sfr and update faid

I have experienced this prob esp when using Knok, but solved by flashing with GEOFLASH Sw, try that and post result.

flash the phone with geoflash and repair with rolis
rolis is a goood program

just flash it full flash {b care with the flash v u use } then with ddp4 update faid then repaire serial the contact mode will be removed then unlock your ph .......... some ph need 2 make repaire eep tune 2 solve ntw proplem

I used geoflash anf rolis for repair and phone work perfect now. but why flashing with knok software dont work this time? i repaired many 2100 with KNOK sw.

i flashed also with TORNADO BOX and no results ....just GEOFLASH can repair 100% . strange...

Yeah sometimes KNOK sw works perfect while sometimes it fails, but when situations like this comes use GEOFLASH.

check Msid number, i had few 2100 with damaged Msid number (if damaged replace CPU, and all work fine) CPU is glued but very easy to replace

try with dct3repair to change imei and on him test the phone and you know what is it!!!

use new knonk always come with 2100 fullflash.after you flash update faid,full factoy reset,put back your original imei

after flash, change imei although saying contact service, reset locks, sfr etc. then update faid. your msid will be updated. your phone should be up again..

yes you can use fbus/mbus cable for flashing 2100 phone its a same connectors
