Member: 1711 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | A friend told me that you have to desoldier pin 8 (VCC) on the n5110. Take to wires from the phone, one from the pin 8 and one from the place where was soldiered pin 8. Put the phone back togeather and connect those two wires. Connect to a PC and start nokiatool 034. Power on the phone and then read the phone. Next is 5 times open all, after that open those two wires and again open all. Conect again and then open all. And connect two wires and open all. It should be unlocked by now, so he says, but I didn't tryed it yet. Good luck! |

Member: | Hi, I think Nokia made the right move. It's not a problem for the techical people to do it or even hobbist after our explanation. But for the shop keepers will be a big problem. They become so nasty in UK - I went to somebody and offered him my services and he sad that even children can buy a cable and Unlock phones, so I can go in the pack house and pack some tomatoes. I don't pack tomatoes but there a plenty out there 8210 locked to Orange( some with bar) and people selling them for Ģ50 because the only good thing is the battery. If Zulea or other guys read this - Please stop release soft for free because some guys here drive Ģ60 000 BMW's because of your work and that's just not fair. Regards |
