Unlock code is working but the phone is still locked!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a nokia 3310 that's locked to Orange in the Netherlands, I got the code

Model: Nokia (3310 )
IMEI: 355003005578880
Network: 20420000

#pw+217 665 650 6+1#
#pw+742 086 933 3+2#

the first one works and the second one doesn't, after I put in the first code, the phone says "SIM restriction off" then I put in another simcard not Orange, and it say simcard not accepted. Why didn't it work?
Can anyone help?

have u try to unlok-it with a cable ??
