nokia 2600 dont connect with dctx - GSM-Forum

I am trying to flash a nokia 2600 (rh59) with 1100 cable but when i push "check"
in DCTX nothig happens and dctx returns this message:
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 03 00 00 72
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Rebooting Mobile
what im doing wrong!!!!????

I have this problem very often, just check the cable pins and the prob will be solved

I solv this prob with nre cable for 1100, You are not doing enything wrong, the problem is in the cable

what's to check in cable????? i use twister with 1100 cable

I think there is no good contact between cable and phone

Check this. Or check battery connector, if tere is no good contact, it cant boot the phone. Good Luck

pls remove mother board from the chasis and connect the cable to board.
look the connector perfectly connecting with software interface and battery connector now connect to software, if not connecting then check battery connector with ohms meter(red prob to +ve and black to -ve in digital multimeter in analog is reverse) it show some value then it go to infinity in good sets [It shows low ohms in reverse direction]. set shows low ohms(below 1300 ohms) then the problem with PF , UEM,Filter capacitor or PCB.
