1100 contact Service??? - GSM-Forum

phone conect to N-box and select Normal mode , display "Insert sim"
but if i put battery and power on phone display "contact service"
any idea please

dear
u mast erase ur flash from ur phone
then flash ur phone
then write good pm
then unlock

try software first...... same prob, reball UEM

I do all operation erase flash phone with good Mcu+PPm+pm but phone still same
with cable attach N-box phone show "insert sim "
If i put battery phone display contact service , I have many 1100 with this prob

the problem is from the uem so change the uem . i have repaired a couple of sets having same problem this way.

clean ur phone and change connector battrey or resolled
it s work with me
