3310 can't power on


Hy There

I have 3310 no power.

Flash can be update; Phone can charge ; power button replace ; and continuity check on the resistor at the top corner .

At this stage i can only count on your help .

Check R224 , it must have 3.7V !
or replace CCONT

Hi Keke

check if the switch is connected with r402 it's right of the antenna switch out of frame if not connect then mack jumper if connect then check if r402 is connected with v414 in right if not then macke jumper if connected then chang r414 r415 if not then replace ccont

HI to ALL and thanks for yr replies


first to wesam R401 and s419 continuity check ok.
And R224 replace but still no pwer.When press the switch , Dark line appears at bottom screen and disappears.

About replacing the ccont , I haven't got the proper tools for that , don't how to guet one in Cape Town email me if your help me guetting one or is there any other solution than replacing ccont?????

can you put a battery to this phone , and test what voltage at R224 both side ?

other way,, put battery to phone, and give 2.8V high for 1 sec. to Btemp this pin, it can wake up phone too

cheq the battry connection the problem is on it ... cuz u can charge but u don't have enough power to start up the phone... regards..
to: willy wht u can do if u face a mobile read the flash and accept to yp grad and not power on .. alll i c 's and connection cheked .it s o.k

First ,, so hard to understand your meaning,

do you ask : some mobile can read /write flash rom ...
and accept "yp grad" ---> what is this ?

all IC and connection cecked and phone not power on ?

if yes,,,i will check BSI and BTEMP resistor !
and also CCONT 32.768 KHz sleep clock !

1- sorry for fast typing it cuz to lose some words
2-yp/grd = up grade i use dejan and win dls in write full flash to the phone it s make full erase and write complete flash test and change ccount all resistors batt. connector .. on/of switch
3- do u think 32 k hz or 26 mhz related to power of / on

Raheeeeb,

32.768K have two wave,
one is square and others is alternating wave,
if square wave is ok, then you can flash phone,,
but if no alternating wave, then it can not power on !

26Mhz/13Mhz ,, if not supply, , then it will show "serial clock fail" when you use wintesla to flash phone .

and,, in some case, that BSI resistor is not good, so CCONT does not know what is type battery installed, or CCONT is one have problem
